Make yourself six beautiful falafel sandwiches from this kit in no time. Make them one at a time or all at once. The Tahini Sauce is so fresh you won’t want to wait too long. And it is terrific, eat it up. You get a box of Falafel Minis, a Six Pack White Pocket Pita, a Tahini Sauce, an Original Hummus, a Sweet Shatta and a Shatta.
Crisp the falafel in a toaster oven or a skillet (so it’s crunchy on the outside and hot in the middle) and toast the bread in a toaster or that same skillet. Schmear in some hummus, lay in the minis, drizzle on the Tahini Sauce (liberally), if you want, and season to taste with the Shatta or Sweet Shatta (or both). You even get the foil to wrap em up. Add chopped cucumber, tomato and onion to veg it out.
Serves 6 people (six big sandwiches).
